The Hotel Promessi Sposi reopened on 6 April 2023. The historic structure in Malgrate is located on the eastern shore of Lake Como and transformed into a 4-star luxury hotel. The operation was carried out by the entrepreneurial couple Fabio Dadati and Sabrina Frigerio, with the collaboration of a real estate investor for the real estate part.
The works were followed by the Ardea – Architecture Design Ambiente studio of the Lecco-based architect Arturo Montanelli. The building dates back to the second half of the 19th century and is characterized by seventy rooms with a sensational view of the lake and mountains, a regenerative Spa and a wide selection of food and wine proposed by excellent chefs.
